It wasn't until I moved to Atlanta, Ga. in 1996, when I decided to take it to another level. I started experimenting with peppers and reading about different types of peppers, etc. I started using more exotic herbs, spices and fruits in my cooking and sauces just like in the Islands. The result is a wonderful blend of heat and flavor together in one. My blends were a great success because everyone loved them and that’s what inspired me to start own food /
condiment business.
